Why we do it

The “Law Firm Operations” Roundtable is a forum created by the Liquid Legal Institute to thoroughly examine the diverse and intricate world of Law Firm Operations (LFO).

The legal industry is witnessing a paradigm shift in the working methods not only of Legal Departments, but of Law Firms as well. This initiative aims to shed light on internal processes within law firms, mistakes that are frequently made and ways to streamline and digitize these processes. By building a community of highly trained professionals, this project seeks to address critical questions such as the selection of software tools, best practices, and strategies to optimize operations within law firms.

We are creating an inclusive platform designed for professionals seeking insights, advice, and a vibrant exchange of ideas in the evolving landscape of law firm operations.

How We Do It

The “Law Firm Operations” Roundtable serves as a collaborative forum where members engage in open discussions on the complexities of Law Firm Operations Management. This initiative brings together legal professionals and experts to exchange insights and experiences.

Through thoughtfully curated discussions, the roundtable will examine key questions about the skills and expectations essential for effective law firm operations, as well as the challenges faced in the field.

Beyond being a hub for knowledge sharing, the platform will feature expert speakers who offer valuable, real-world perspectives. By fostering a strong sense of community and facilitating meaningful interactions, the roundtable aims to promote peer-to-peer learning, equipping participants with the tools to navigate the evolving landscape of law firm operations.
