LLI Diversity Framework

The biggest asset of the Liquid Legal institute is us!

With our Diversity Framework project, we aim to assess our current state of diversity. Furthermore, we want to explore ways of embedding diversity in everything we do, so that we all enjoy working with each other.

As an initial result, the team has agreed to a Diversity Code which you can view here. The Code is now binding on all our members. In addition, we have created our LLI Diversity Framework. This is currently available to members only.
In the next phase of this project, we aim to generalize our Framework. This will allow our members to re-use our building blocks when creating their own such Framework.

Liquid Legal Summit 2024

Current issues such as decreasing enrollments, a lack of essential skills, inefficient processes, and digital disparities in justice indicate a deep-rooted crisis. Accelerated by AI developments, these problems particularly impact copyright and regulatory aspects of the legal sector. These topics will be discussed at the Liquid Legal Summit on July 4 at the Kameha Grand Hotel in Bonn, focusing on joint efforts to tackle these challenges.
